SAGE Employment & Community Services is a division of Easter Seals Blake Foundation, a local 501(c)3 non-profit agency. SAGE offers residential, employment and recreational programs to support adults with developmental disabilities in independence and community involvement.

The SAGE Equine program utilizes a ranch based setting to provide recreational, educational and skill building activities for a therapeutic result. Horse riding and horse related activities can assist greatly in the development of personal confidence, self esteem, communication skills, leadership and trust. For those with challenging behavior, horses offer a powerful medium for restoring a sense of personal control.
